1. Service Description

Rezo provides **reservation intermediary services** between users and restaurants, cafes, bars, and other venues. Rezo is not a direct service provider.

2. User Obligations

• Reservations must be made with accurate and up-to-date information.
• Fake, misleading, or abusive reservations are prohibited.
• Reservation cancellations and changes are subject to venue policies.

3. Venue Responsibility

Reservation confirmation, cancellation, and service quality are entirely the responsibility of the relevant venue. Rezo provides only the digital infrastructure.

4. Account Suspension

Rezo reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close user or business accounts that violate the Terms of Service.
